I began my wellness journey as a Reiki master and graduated from Makami College in 2017. I specialize in various massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Postnatal, and lymphatic drainage, complemented by dynamic cupping and craniosacral therapy techniques. My passion lies in identifying and treating patterns of dysfunction to alleviate pain and manage chronic conditions. I firmly believe that with commitment and patience, significant improvements in health and well-being can be achieved, even through gentle techniques.

I received my training from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the human body. I specialize in deep tissue massage and also offer cupping therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and therapeutic treatments tailored to each client. A graduate of CDI College, I’ve built my practice around a personalized, results-driven approach to healing and wellness. I am a CIDESCO designated aesthetician and laser technician who graduated from the European Institute of Esthetics. I am proficient in various skin care services including facials, waxing, pedicures, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, DMK Enzyme Therapies, Hydrafacial and Oxygeneo. My passion lies in providing my clients with a comfortable and relaxing experience. As Sole Nordic Wellness' resident skin care expert, I specialize in DMK products and am always eager to learn more about the latest skin care trends through educational webinars.

As a recent graduate from McCollege, I am a dedicated esthetician passionate about contributing to the dynamic beauty industry. I continuously seek to enhance my skills and learn new techniques to ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience. My expertise lies in advanced facials and personalized skincare, alongside experience in nail care, lash extensions, laser services, and body treatments. I strive to create a welcoming atmosphere, whether through shared laughter or providing a tranquil escape during services.
