  • Free street parking is available for guests in front of Søle and there is ample parking within the public parking lot behind the building.

  • Our facility is fully barrier-free, with accessible entrances and washrooms. Please note that the cold plunge is accessed by steps only.

  • Service animals are permitted in all spaces with the exception of the sauna and pool. Please present your service animal’s government issued ID upon arrival for admission.

  • We allow cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your reservation. Please note that less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service fee and a no-show will be charged the full service fee amount.

    To modify or cancel your booking, please contact us:

  • Søle is an adults-only (18+) facility, however teens are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

  • For all experiences that include our Nordic Circuit; a clean robe, slippers, and a towel will be provided. Please bring:

    • bathing suit

    • water bottle (non-glass)

    • flip flops if you prefer

  • To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, electronic devices are allowed however they must be silenced during all Nordic Experiences and Services.

    We recommend not bringing electronics or prescription glasses, especially with metal frames, into the sauna as they can overheat and even cause burns.

  • We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your Nordic Circuit, Wellness Ritual, or Service.
    We are typically booked up to six weeks in advance on weekends and approximately two weeks in advance on weekdays. If your preferred date is unavailable, please join our waitlist.

  • Nordic Experience guests are provided a complimentary drink their choice: tea, coffee, water or lemon water.

    Søle also has a Smörgåsbord (Nordic inspired charcuterie) available through pre-order only.

    Guests may bring their own food if they choose.

About the facilities

  • Yes. At Søle, all Nordic Circuit experiences are booked privately. Whether you are visiting solo, as a couple, or as a group, the entire circuit is reserved just for you during your scheduled session. This allows for a more relaxed, personalized, and uninterrupted wellness experience.

  • Our Nordic Circuit is designed for small, intimate groups and is booked privately for your party. We welcome groups of 2 to 8 guests per session, allowing everyone to enjoy the circuit together in a relaxed and unrushed environment. For larger groups or corporate bookings, we’re happy to discuss customized scheduling options.

  • Absolutely. Groups often pair their private Nordic Circuit experience with individual treatments such as massage, facials, or body therapies. Because each treatment requires a dedicated therapist and room, availability can vary, so we strongly recommend booking in advance. Our team is happy to help coordinate a schedule so your group can enjoy a seamless, relaxed experience together.

  • The Nordic Circuit follows a rhythmic cycle of hot sauna, cold plunge, and deep rest in our Himalayan Salt Haven. This time-honoured Nordic practice stimulates circulation, supports natural detoxification, calms the nervous system, and gently elevates the heart rate—leaving you feeling restored from head to toe.

  • Yes - all of our Swedish, Therapeutic and Pregnancy massages are RMT-specific treatments and eligible for insurance coverage (coverage varies by provider).

    When booking our Søve Pro Sleep or Soulaa Salt Massage, please specify your preference for an RMT for coverage eligibility.

  • Our Nordic Circuit uses hot and cold therapy and may increase blood pressure and circulation. We recommend a moderated experience for pregnant mothers and we encourage each to seek advice from their midwife prior to experiencing our circuit.

    Our massage therapists are available to provide pregnancy massage services.
