We’re growing and looking for warm, service-minded people to join our team at Søle Nordic Wellness in Leduc. If you love creating a calm, welcoming experience for guests and are passionate about wellness, we’d love to hear from you.

Part-time concierge / receptionist

You are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a peaceful, organized visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide an overview of our Nordic wellness experience

  • Manage check-ins, bookings, and payments using our scheduling system

  • Answer phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely, professional manner

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and lounge area

  • Support smooth day-to-day operations for the spa team

What we're looking for

  • Previous customer service or front-desk experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfort with booking/ point-of-sale software and basic computer skills

  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed

  • A genuine interest in wellness and creating great guest experiences

Part-Time Aesthetician

You will provide high-quality, personalized treatments that compliment our Nordic wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional aesthetic services (e.g., facials, body treatments, basic waxing, etc., depending on your training)

  • Educate guests on at-home skincare and recommend appropriate products

  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards

  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience

What we are looking for

  • Licensed/registered aesthetician (or equivalent) in Alberta

  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail in treatments

  • Excellent guest care, communication, and professionalism

  • Comfort working in a slow, sensory-focused wellness environment

  • Availability for evenings and weekends
